Cancellation Policy

Registration fee is due upon submitting the registration form and is non-refundable.

Tuition is due in full by May 15th or registration will be cancelled with no refunds issued.

The tuition rate is the cost at the time of payment, not the time of registration. For example, if a student registers before March 31st but pays tuition after April 1st, they will be charged the increased tuition rate. 

Prior to May 1st, tuition is refundable less a $100 deposit per student. 

Until April 1st, payment installments are available. A request must be sent via email to scsf@suzukiacademycolumbia.org.
